I'd say it depends on your ambient room temperature though 45 sounds all right in general. If it gets warmer than 45 while charging, the battery may wear out within a few years. Make sure to remove cover and don't do anything while char...

Mostly heats while charging, put a cold towel while charging, it'll be sorted, plus noticed that it's doesn't go beyond 45°c even while heavy gaming, plus sometimes heats in sunlight photoshoot beyond 15 minutes, and yes bettery capaci...

It depends on many things. Sometimes the heat issue is temporal. You may wait for a couple of weeks ~ months for improvement. If it heats up too often, there may be some defect.
