My 10L is perfect. I never had a problem with my phone even though I bought the phone used. Everything still work on my phone and it even still look good. I'm about to get the TCL 50 xl 5g so I'll see if that is as strong as my 10L

Mine also stopped charging and was THE BEST phone I ever owned. Struggling to find a replacement.
