I bought this phone 2 years ago and it still works fine. (3GB Ram 64GB memory). I ordered my next Xiaomi Redmi 13c (8GB Ram 256GB memory). Looking forward to this upgrade!

I'm convinced Xiaomi installs updates that purposely slow down their phones after say 2 or 3 years. I don't trust Xiaomi anymore. I'm a very unhappy ex Xiaomi customer.

After 2 years and half, this phone becomes laggy, suddenly blacks out, overheat, and ghost touch. But, before it was okay and runs perfectly fine for me. Maybe I need an upgrade?
