My TCL 30 phone picks and chooses who it wants to send text messages to. It picks and chooses who it wants to download texts from. Go back to LG or Samsung people

I have no such problemas with mine. Make sure you update it to the latest software and then do a hard reset, it should have no issues after that. If problems still remain after doing a hard reset, take it to warranty.
