This is a very low priced, budget phone. It isn't designed for much more than basic use such as instant messaging (WhatsApp, etc) and browsing or listening to music.

My personal experience was different as the audio quality was decent using the headphone jack. I'm in Indonesia though so maybe it has slightly different specifications here.
