I am using the phone...not show 4 G v olite... advertising.moblie box printed volite.... not Only LET.... please tell me Panasonic eluga A2 Support LET or VOLITE

I have changed my eluga a2 battery twice because it gone switchoff when we remove charging and by 2nd time because of slow charging(it take 1hr to charge 10 percent).i think we need a remedy
