The Infinix GT 30 Pro only has two rear cameras at its disposal. Both, however, look promising on paper. The main camera has a high 108MP resolution, which should allow for some nice digital zoom crops. As for the ultrawide, it is only 8MP in resolution, which is not ideal, but at least it has autofocus, so it should double as a good macro shooter.
Even though there are only two cameras on the rear of the phone, they should provide a fairly versatile setup in practice.
The main camera on the Infinix GT 30 Pro uses the Samsung ISOCELL S5KHM sensor, more commonly known as the ISOCELL HMX. It is a 1/1.33" sensor with 0.8µm pixels and phase detection autofocus.
The ultrawide camera is a GalaxyCore GC08A8. It is a 1/4.4" sensor with 1.0µm pixels. As mentioned, it has autofocus as well. The selfie camera is a fairly basic GalaxyCore GC13A0 (1/3.1", 1.12µm). It has fixed focus.
The Infinix Note 50 Pro 4G camera app is surprisingly feature-rich. It offers a pretty robust Pro mode as well as AI autofocus.
The Infinix GT 30 Pro main camera captures good-quality photos. The level of resolved detail is okay despite some extra sharpening. Colors look nice and natural, but the shot-to-shot consistency isn't great. The same is true for the dynamic range. It can definitely be wider. Shadows, in particular, are frequently crushed.

The GT 30 Pro captures some decent portraits. The subject detection and separation are on point, and the quality of the background blur is great. However, the subject face does not come out very sharp, and the general rendition appears better in the regular photo mode.

The GT 30 Pro lacks a dedicated telephoto, but it can definitely pull off some nice zoom shots with the 108MP main camera. The camera UI has a 3x zoom preset in the camera app, so we used that level of zoom to capture some samples. Here are some 3x shots which look quite good for digital zooming.

You can force the main camera to capture in its full 108MP resolution. The results are okay. You can maybe get more fine detail this way than regular 12MP binned shots, but you have to deal with huge file sizes.

Interestingly enough, the GT 30 Pro can also capture 108MP 3x zoom photos. Some interpolation is going on to achieve this resolution, but the results aren't as good.

The 8MP ultrawide is not particularly impressive in terms of quality, but in good lighting conditions, it can pull off some decent shots. So long as you can get the autofocus to behave, that is. Unfortunately, it is prone to hunting. Other than that, the detail is pretty good, given the camera resolution. The colors also look nice.

Macro photos are the extra party trick the ultrawide can pull off, thanks to its autofocus. To be frank, getting good macro shots with the dedicated Super Macro mode is a bit of a challenge. You really have to put some effort into getting the autofocus to cooperate, and even then, the camera can't focus as close as we would have liked. Still, with enough dedication, you can get some interesting-looking shots.

The 13MP selfie camera isn't half bad in good light. The detail is good, and you get nice facial features and skin tones. Sure, the focus is fixed, but the focal plane is nice and deep.

In low light, the GT 30 Pro main camera performs as well as any other midrange smartphone. Detail is fine, and so is dynamic range - both relying heavily on post-processing and sharpening. Probably the biggest issue, however, is the inconsistent shot-to-shot exposure.

The GT 30 Pro has an automatic night mode, but the camera UI also has a manual Night mode. Toggling it increases capture time but doesn't necessarily improve quality. The results of night mode are arguably a bit more consistent in terms of exposure, but not always better than those of regular mode. Shadows usually get boosted a bit, which is nice, but highlights can appear blown out at the same time.

The low-light selfies look really good. There is plenty of detail in the shots. Skin tones come out looking mostly natural, and we also like the appearance of the skin texture. The screen flash works nicely to illuminate your face as well.

The ultrawide camera does pretty well in low-light conditions for this type of camera.
Infinix GT 30 Pro: 8MP ultrawide camera low-light samples
The GT 30 Pro doesn't seem to have any obvious ISP limitations when it comes to video capture. It can do 4K@60 with its main camera and 1440p with the ultrawide, which seems like it is about as much as the 8MP sensor can do. There is also EIS at every resolution, which is nice to see. It works well in smoothing out shakes and bumps but does introduce some focus hunting.
By default, videos get captured in a h.264/AVC video stream (around 50 Mbps at 4K), plus a stereo AAC audio stream inside an MP4 container. You can also opt to capture in h.265/HEVC to save some space at the same quality level.
You can check out the playlist below, which includes multiple video samples.
4K video from the main camera in good light is solid. There is plenty of resolution and a lot of fine detail. The colors could be a bit more vibrant, but that's not that big of a deal. Our biggest gripe is probably with dynamic range. Shadows are frequently crushed.
At 3x digital zoom, 4K videos from the main camera look underwhelming. They are way quite blurry and oversharpened.
The 1440p ultrawide video is a bit soft, with a kind of blurry haze covering the entire frame. We're not particularly impressed.
The GT 30 Pro captures really good videos with its main camera in low light. There is a lot of noise but the dynamic range is impressive.
The videos shot at 3x digital zoom and the ultrawide videos after dark are quite soft. The ultrawide also suffers from a lot of focus hunting.
