The phone does have 8 ram but you might be using 4 of it. You can change that in the settings. Whatch a vidieon on yt and you can fix it

buy an old one with bad motherboard and good screen and switch to your motherboard to the other one.

I just came back from Huawei Service Center. They fixed my P30 Pro NE for 210€ incl. Display and Battery. This device is one hell of a piece of technology. The best you can do is fix it. Just make sure, there are no other problems, otherwise it would...
