Great price from Amazon. Feels good, solid, stylish. Fingerprint sensor works very well as long as you set it up right. I LOVE having a home button- an actual button. Those "stereo speaks" you see in the photos ain't stereo. It's one speaker only, not stereo. That's a disappointment. Would it kill mobile companies to put those speakers in the front? I guess so. I know other ZTE models have it, not this one. 14nm CPU though- very fast, low power, long battery life. I wanted a better camera stereo speakers but for the money, I got a lot.

This phone is not worth it. I had to factory reset mine twice because the screen was stuck on a start up loop.

Avoid this if possible as of a day ago the latest facebook app renders the phone unsuable stuck in a reboot loop. I had to factory reset the phone and the only workaround is not to install the facebook app. Also this phone has not received a major update from ZTE, that should raise warning flags...

Anonymous, 22 May 2017I got it a month ago, and indeed you have to tap the power button first in order to unlock it ... moreThe Samsung-form factor was a pro to buy the normal V8 , so I hope it isn't the same with that one.
I can imagine there will be a workaround for that though, the button of the regular V8 clicks.
Disclaimer: haven't opened the box yet, waiting delivery of screen-protector.

I read a review on this phone that says you must hit the power key then the scanner to open the phone. Is that true? I would much prefer just the scanner to wake and unlock the phone at once.

Well, this is the third month im using it and for the price this zte works excelent. Better than moto g5 plus

Great phone for its value. This phone has Gyroscope, not sure why the specs here didn't mention. I was able to view 360 degree photo with this phone while rotating the phone in different angles.
Overall good image quality, except for the indoor/night shots. Typical for cellar phones. Some sample photos can be seen here:
