X Twitter Android iOS Online services Social networks

X, formerly known as Twitter, has subscription plans. That much you may already know. But did you know that the top tier plan, called Premium+, used to still have ads? At $16 per month, no less.

But hey, there's good news! Starting today, this is no longer the case, and those paying $16 per month to enjoy a Premium+ subscription won't see any more ads anywhere on X, at all.

no more ads, anywhere on X

Premium+ is now *fully* ad free

Aside from this perk, Premium+ also comes with the largest reply boost available, the possibility to write and publish rich text articles directly on X, encrypted DMs, bookmark folders, the Highlights tab, support for longer posts and videos and post editing, the ability to get a share of the revenue generated from accounts' organic impressions of ads in replies to your content, and also a share of the revenue X earns from your most engaged followers with monthly subscriptions.

Last but not least, you get the all-important blue checkmark next to your username, early access to Grok AI, as well as access to X Pro, Analytics, and Media Studio.

I'd be more impressed if Elon did something to stop bots, spam and removed XXX.
