Xiaomi reveals stable MIUI 13 update roadmap

Xiaomi Redmi Android Software updates

Xiaomi held a big conference yesterday where it announced a bunch of new hardware but it also brought a new user interface for its device portfolio with MIUI 13 for phones, tablets, smart devices and TVs. A day after the big event we get our first list of Xiaomi devices in line for the update.

Xiaomi reveals stable MIUI 13 roadmap

The improvements brought to the new version of MIUI for phones include enhanced security with electronic fraud protection, new privacy controls, revamped widgets, wallpapers and a new Mi Sans font. Global users of the following Xiaomi phones should expect MIUI 13 from Q1 2022. The list includes the flagship Mi 11 series and all of its variations, Redmi Note 10 series, Redmi 8 (2021) and Xiaomi Pad 5 tablet.

MiUi 13 is doing some sort of compensation on dark grey content to remove black crush problems on very dark grey content. You can notice it when you connect for charging. When it starts the charging animation, then at first it shows the usual bl...
