The company said the first sale of the Redmi Note 4 exceeded first sale of Redmi 3S three times and Redmi Note 3 five times. The phone was launched with Snapdragon 625 in India and is expected to deliver better battery life compared to the Chinese version with Helio X20.

There’s another sale scheduled for next Monday, January 30 on Flipkart, while the device will be available on February 3 at mi.com. The Indian online reseller will have the 3GB RAM/32GB and 4GB RAM/64GB versions in Gold and Dark Grey. The Matte black units will arrive in the second half of February.
