It's a good phone but the presence of pop up ads in the system make the phone a joke. Was considering upgrading to note 14 but if it also has the same issue I will pass and migrate to a different brand

bad battery,, I don't play video games. I am a below average user. I charge the battery once a day and I've only had it for a few months.. The old redmi 8 had a much better battery. This is a disaster, I wouldn't recommend it

Redmi note 13 pro 5G is very bad smartphone. The phone is overheating when I play normal game, youtube, instagram etc and the phone is lagging and charging is very slow

Option to disable network for selected app is now gone (network connection managed through security app instead of setting, but only show very limited app)

Mis imfo noticed after purchase. I prefer side mounted fingerprint for devices other than OnePlus. And on this one its mentioned side mounted but this came out with under display. And same issue that its not smooth at all 🥺

Anonymous, 21 Mar 2025Am upset it's causing pain in my eyeMaybe you need to lower redresh rate 120 hz to 90 hz or maybe to 60 hz Because of the influence of those screen features to eyes, 120 Hz I think for just playing games, but for browsing, social media, scrolling TikTok, reading novels etc is better to use 90 Hz or 60 Hz to save battery and keep the eyes.

I have been using xiaomi since redmi 1, and for the 1st time I'm disappointed.
The hyperOS 2 is bad in functionality: loss functionality of 1 shortcut button, messy home layout arrangement, very long startup.
What worse is that GPS signal can't be read by navigation app: Waze & Maps can read GPS during normal mode, but when starting navigation mode the GPS signal is lost after some time

Have always been a Xiaomi fan but this phone back case is too thin, shatter like an egg shell did not survive I drop despite having using the supplied soft cover. Very disappointed.
