Guys get serious with redmi camera outside lens there get cracked with just a simple fall

This phone has an issue with battery from HyperOS version 1.0.5.0.
It fake the time usage.
I play game just 1h but the app show this game running (foreground) 4h.
I call discord just 1h but the app show discord running (foreground) 2h.
With MIUI, play game 1h just spends 10% of battery.
With HyperOS, play same game 1h spends 25% - 35% of battery

Is the top speaker on your phone quieter / less clear than the bottom speaker? On my previous phone (Note 10), both speakers played at the same volume level, but not so on this phone. The Redmi service centre itself tells me this is the case, but I find that to be very strange.
