I've been using this phone for the past two years, and I can confidently say I haven't faced any issues with it. You mentioned that the MediaTek processor isn't good for this device, but that's completely wrong. The Dimensity 1080 is a very good and efficient processor and is comparable to the Snapdragon 778G. It performs very well, and I haven't experienced any heating issues—just a slight warmth while charging, which is normal for any device.

Don't ever buy this phone. I like Xiaomi phone so much and liked this phone a lot until it suddenly stopped working. You might be asking why is that? Did I dropped the phone? No. Did I damaged it in any way? No. I took it to a service center to find out that it's a chronic issue with this phone and it's CPU is damaged (check CPU reball in YouTube) . I'll never buy a Mediatek phone ever again. It gets so hot that it melts the micro solder under the components it's unreal. All those Snapdragon fanboys out there wasn't wrong.

Getting 45% off the initial release price for a brand new smartphone is great. Having this for 3 months has been going great. Only problem is sometimes it gets hot for gaming and inconsistent brightness

I even liked this phone because of WIFI6 support which out modem can provide. Very stable WIFI connection lowest latency possible while in-game. Good all-rounder.

its the worst mobile ever purchased it heats a lot that u fell uncomforatble while calling that your ear may get heat from the mobile
And turning on flashlight for 5 min it shows a msg that phone got overheated
we cannot use mobile
And my mobile got proximity sensor failed and earpiece failed the WORST MOBILE EVER
