I've had one for about two years. Pretty much out of the box I found that it needed frequent rebooting. I later discovered that clearing all the recent apps solved this. Something I am doing very often. Most issues seem to be RAM related (I think). If I am using Google Maps or Spotify, it struggles to do anything else. Like accepting a phone call. There are times I am unable to answer a call because it has frozen. Unimpressed.

I got the 13pro plus but still love my 11s

i purchased this phone few days ago along with redmi note 10s. Performance wise Note 10s is better. But cameras, display, Hyper Os is better on note 11 comparitively. Note 10s batter sucks drains in a day, note 11 is fine for 2 days on single 100% charge. Anyone looking to start a redmi linage, go for note series. Note 8, Note 9s, Note 10, 10 pro, Note 11, Note 12, Note 13, 13 pro plus, are value for money even today

Please be careful while buying this phone. my model 2201117TG doesn't support NFC. as per comments you should buy 2201117TY model for NFC.

a.ir blaster: I picked this one mainly for its ir blaster but the range and angle is extremely limited compared to a controller or my galaxy s6, the distance is like 5m and precise for it to work. I used to use anymote app on my s6 but it doesn't seem to work with this phone
b.miui(miui 14.05): you really should consider changing the rom on these phones bec it's designed to work as intended without any customization options:
1.the lock screen is not optional
2.my preferred launcher is microsoft launcher but the phone won't let use it with gestures
3.it comes with preinstalled mi apps and ram cleaner and things like yt which you can't uninstall them
c.battery: is decent and imo it lasts longer than s20fe(exynos) op8t(4500mah) and if i charge it overnight it can last the entire day
d. the display is pretty average
e.charging: here's the specs from the inbox charger 5v3a 9v3a 12v2.25a 20v1.35a 11v3a

Buying it last year, 6/128 varian, doing great with hyper os, im only play MLBB and HOK on this phone, its smooth, my complain for this phone is just the video recording, its terrible if compared to the photo, looks blurry, lack of sharpness
