Updated to HyperOS 2.0. Nothing much different aside from a few design tweaks and a search bar at the bottom on my app drawer which I find annoying and aesthetically unpleasing.

Using this phone for 2 weeks now. I'd say the performance is great. It's smooth and it doesn't stutter. It can run MLBB very well. It has good connectivity to networks, and also with bluetooth and mobile hotspot. Display is very good. It has better colors and much better brightness than my current midrange Samsung daily driver. What I like the most about the display is that it doesn't feel straining to my eyes after some time of usage. The fingerprint scanner a very fast and works all the time. The speakers are loud but I think iphones have better quality sound. Nothing wrong with its speakers but also nothing special. The cameras are kinda just mid. Nothing special about these cameras too. The main cam takes good enough photos but don't expect mindblowing quality. It does take cleaner and sharper photos than my samsung but with respect to colors, I'd say samsung shots produces better colors. Selfie is bad, my samsung takes the cake if you compare them. Battery could be better but it lasts almost a day with me. Charging this has been scary though since this device charges crazy fast. I just stay mindful about charging this so I plug it in for only about 15 mins max. There are things I don't like about this device because it has weird bugs. If I install an app, the phone's screen turns black and goes back to the lockscreen. It doesn't happen all the time. It also doesn't install apps sometimes(maybe because it's China rom?) and just says "Something is wrong." It also had a weird bug in the first few days where even if I am scrolling in the app drawer, the background of the app drawer is the home screen which should be only have a solid black background instead. The screen protector it comes with is also very easy to scratch. The screen looks more scratched now compared to my 2 year old samsung despite taking care of both devices in the same way. It came with so many pre-installed Chinese apps too which I have deleted already. I only have about 30 apps in it now. The HyperOS design looks bad to my eyes too so I customized the icons and app drawer to kill any of the HyperOS vibe. I prefer Pixel UI look or One UI.
