The issue is with Software not with Battery.

Everytime this phone falls down a bit hard. The battery gets stuck at 14% it has normal backup but doesn't increase or decrease.
After sometime even the battery backup is ded had to fix the phone due to this issue thrice.

Usman, 30 Jun 2023Did you find any solution i also having same problemI also had an issue where the battery percentage was stuck at 16% and whenever I use my wired earphones through a 3.5mm jack, the volume suddenly increases for a split second. It mainly occurred after getting the MIUI 14 and Android 13 update.
But the issue was resolved after Factory resetting my phone.
