Anonymous, 21 Jan 2021DO NOT BUY:- I have purchased K20 mobile in Jan 20 and just with in one year it has started o... morebruh its been more than a year and my device works with the same fluency as it did the first day. i have no problems in game or apps performance either. it does heat when i play codm or pubg in high graphics. but i never faced any unnecessary lag or frame drops in medium graphics. the only problem i've encountered was more battery consumption of system apps with each update. you sure you know how to maintain a device throughout time?

I have purchased K20 mobile in Jan 20 and just with in one year it has started opening what's app and other files very slowly though it has 730 snap dragon processor . I don't know where to go and get my mobile rectified , whether it is covered in warranty or not or what will be the cost of repair.
Not expected from Mi level company that it has produced such a worst mobile . Very bad experience and very much disappointed with such good reputation company . Will not buy any mi mobile in future and nit suggest to any body.

it has to be Made in chi... moreEverything is the same , except the fact mi 9t gets NFC whereas redmi k20 doesnt.
But if you are buying it in India go for redmi k20 as you will get online exchange benifit.
Mi 9t cannot be exchanged on Amazon

I have been using that just over a year now and I haven't drop or damaged my phone. Mostly I used it for reading and occasionally play some games. But one morning, I was just reading like normally and the touch does not work correctly. So, I turn screen off and on again. But it did not work. So, I restarted the phone and it became worse. I cannot even open screen lock anymore. So, I just wait a little and notice that screen start showing black lines from the buttom and the whole screen turned black. But it is just once and a while later, the screen lit up again. But about an hour later, the whole screen went just black. But strangely, it seems that some touch function still works. I set up alarm with that phone and that alarm is still working till now, for abt 10 days after screen went black. And I can still swipe up on black screen to turn off alarm. But other than that, I cannot do anything. Can't even take out photos and data on that phone. Repair would cost about 2/3 of brand new phone. So, I just kept it like that.

I purchased my Xiaomi Redmi K20 from official store at AliExpress. I liked the phone but it worked only a bit more than a year. One day its screen flashed and went black. The phone is still working (I keep hearing notifications) but the screen is totally dead. I cannot even turn the phone off. It only reboots. I didn't do anything, I didn't drop the phone before it happened.It's just a bad construction.
Extremely disappointed. Didn't expect this from Xiaomi.

I have a problem with my K20. I can't receive notifications from Whatsapp, Viber and similar messaging apps. I'm not sure what's wrong, everything seems fine in settings or I'm missing something. And also, there is software update available and when I download it it phone restarts and it installs but it actually doesn't. It seems like it's stuck and I can't download July update as it says. And yes, I bought phone in China and it has original China ROM installed. Anyone has similar problem?

If you use this phone ,it's amazing for the value of money .the 6.3 inch display and 4000mah battey ,it's a really good combination.so get a one battery life . Then the camera ,the sony camera sensor eas amazing. By checking in day light conditions it outstanding performance and portrait also . At the price below 25k it's a nice one one
