Try to enter Xiaomi community on Xiaomi web page and see if they can help you.
This is a great phone anyway.

Iam using this phone for nearly 1 and half year... at beginning it was a very good phone...best for gaming, good camera quality mainly good battery performance...until I get an update from MIUI...After getting an update.......battery was draining quickly......some time mobile gets heated....some time multi touch is not responding properly....little unrespose for 4 finger gaming...so if u have idea of buying this...pls buy..but don't update MIUI.....kind advise
