i could only unlock mine by clicking on a message because the lock screen was all black all of this after 2 months .Not worth it.

How come yours is lagging? Probably you bought the lowest variant, stop complaining over something you chose.

For Any defective or Damaged LCD, you can buy from Online shop,
because its much cheaper that buying it from Super Market.
then if your not capable to replace your LCD, then look for a technician who can do it.

My front camera stopped working, I am tired of this phone, I don't know how to go about the front camera and it has been hindering me from doing a lot of things on my phone, please what's the solution to this because it's very tiring

This experience has put me off Xiaomi completely, Lags, stalls, hangs, Freezes and all after 3 months of purchase, all because they either released a new 13c or their OS is the worst. Which ever it is next phone will need to be a Samsung or Iphone. am not in the business of buying phones every year.
Xiaomi Phones are the worst!!!! FYI should they be deliberately slowing down their phones with the new releases we have no grounds to check as they are not as monitored as Samsung and Iphone.
I used sing Xiaomi's concept of high spec low cost but its crap. save your money

it was my first phone thought redmi is good and bought this redmi 12c for daily use. but i was using amoled of samsung j2. but j2 survived my since 2016 to 2022. after that it display was broken due to throw away of that phone, i still miss that mindblowing service. and then i come for 12c, but the phone is worst with its display. had to sell it.

This is the worst phone redmi ever release in the past years.Imagine using micro usb in 2023.This phone also have very much heat issue on my 1 year use especially when playing game.Even when I just turn on the phone its start to heat.The other issue is this phone can't be use when charging.Its basically just fine on the early use but then you cannot click anything beside hitting the power button to turn iff the screen.Pretty bad phone.But for daily use I guess its not a big problem.
