Still usable by today standard, one hell very durable smartphone, changed battery once, only problem is no NFC, but the rest is pretty intact.
One of those last gen smartphone that still fit in hand nicely with not so big size.

Been using it for 4 years. Had absolutely no problem with this phone till this years I had to travel out of state, the moment I sat in the train the same day my battery back up went down. It use to last one full day down to half a day.

Best phone in all department except for camera. Amazing battery, great processing power even after 4 years I can play the latest graphics intensive games without lag. Gets hot up to 50°c though after 30 mins of gaming.
During normal usage also absolutely no slowness or lag.
Only gripe is that they stopped android and security update.
Recently upgraded to Pixel 7 but still keeping it as gamimg device instead of trade in or selling.

5 time changed screen, although easily broken the cheap one. the phone itself sometime get hot.but still a great one after 5years using it.done changed type c charging port once.on 2021 buy redmi note 10 but then the thing broke the using poco f1 back.still give me best help.

It still mostly works great however the battery life has gotten bad (expected after 4 years and no replacement lol) and the USB port has started to malfunction so might be time to upgrade.

Bought in December 2018 and still using it today. Had to replace the battery a few months ago but other than that it is still running smoothly on custom ROM android 12.

khuram shahzad, 28 Aug 2023please help, after updating MIUI phone asking associated account credentials, why it is asking... moreMi device makes its own Mi account. This happened with my Redmi 2 Prime also.
Best would be that you login using computer and use the option "Forgot password", it will send sms to the recorded phone number (in the account).
If you don't have that number anymore, try email recovery.
Try to logout also if possible. But when I tried in Redmi 2, it didn't allow me to log out.

The best product Poco made. I was using it for over 4 years! But my device got stolen sadly :(
This device survived lots of tortures of mine like OCing the charging to 3.2A and playing PUBG on it while chargine haha (around 2 years).
Only had changed the battery after 3.8 years (most prolly)
Can't forget this device till today.
