Anyways, The Poco X4 Pro is shaping up to be rather nice. However, it seems to follow the Redmi route, which is undesirable. Those phones focuses on cameras, while the Poco X-series has holistically been focused on performance. I'd love to see the camera swapped for an SD865-family CPU, or even an SD888 or Dimensity 1000+/1200. Whatever the case, this phone is already redundant due to the Redmis.
Unfortunately for you, this phone isn't a scam.

oio, 22 Feb 2022is the snapdragon 695 a decent chipset? sounds like a downgrade from 2020's 860It's a decent chipset to be honest, it's just a downgrade from the SD860 on the X3 Pro. And that doesn't mean it's bad.

Even the X4 NFC with Dimensity 920 is better then this SD695 on X4 Pro
What does even Pro mean to these people when they have standard model with better chip while the rest of the specs seem to be pretty much same

Poco X series was like Poco middle class and now this one is more expensive then F series that should be the poco flagship.
SD695 isn't bad chip but it's still 6 series as nothing special. Especially as the Poco brand is for performance first and then cut corners on the rest of the specs like cameras and so on. Now what this has better over Redmi note 11 pro 5G that is priced based on this site for 290 euro. Why is this Poco X series more expensive then Redmi note series with same chip.
X3 was like 170 euro and X3 Pro was 230 euro While first one was with SD732G and Pro version with SD860. While SD860 have something 150.000 more score over SD695 in Antutu bench.
So i dont understand what makes it so expensive or why even have high pixel rate camera on it. AMOLED screen probably dont make the cost so high as this has. It's like e-waste when you have same specs from same company for cheaper price while poco is a performance for low price brand that now is same like the rest of the Redmi series.
Even the M series is already gone out of control expensive while dont offer much for the price

Im ok with this phone and actually like the design besides the camera, but why in the world would you downgrade most of it just to have a 108mp camera and 5G, while bumping the price with an extra 150$ over the previous phone.

X4 pro literally has zero identity and purpose. Why???
--You want a budget gaming phone?? Last year's Poco X3 Pro is better AND CHEAPER than this.
-- You want a budget camera/screen phone? Last year's Redmi Note 10 Pro is almost the same AND CHEAPER than this. It also looks better than this.
-- This phone costs 350 dollars, you can buy a POCO F3 ($299), an amazing value KZ ZSN earphones($20), 1 Pack of good condoms ($13) 4 Mcdonald burgers($4), 4 large fries ($5), a happy meal for your kid ($4) and enough leftover money for a small 4 liter gasoline refill ($4) so you can drive home.
Thats how stupid this phone is. Lol
