I got a problem with the battery of poco m3, it is totally powered off when it's not plugged in charge and when i connect it to the charger it becomes on and started working. I think it's the battery issue. I want to ask if battery could replace it?

You can fix the deadbolt it's a permanent fix for me and it doesn't shut down when it heats up I did multiple tests such as playing games and all . So what you do is let your battery drain and put it to charge, after this, if a battery logo with a thunderbolt appears wait for about 5 minutes ,,, after this your phone should display the percentage " THE BATTERY LOGO WITH THE PERCENTAGE INSIDE" after it displays this logo turn the display on "Just turn on the phone to show the battery logo with the percentage" and long press the power button, after it vibrates plug the charger immediately in
And voila the phone should work (texted this from my Poco)
Don't know what will happen when shut down as I am not doing that and risking my fix

Amer, 25 Nov 2024Nope, I can also confirm 14.0.2 is the latest version on my phone. I still have the deadboot i... moreFactory reset does not fix the dead boot.
Disconnecting the battery does nothing either.
I have had multiple dead boot on POCO M3.
You have to wait until the battery level drops below the minimum level and then it wakes up.

Poco to iPhone, 31 Jan 2024I’m not the OP but I’ll reply with my experience anyway.
First, I factory reset the device.... moreThanks to all those who contributed to solving the dead boot problem. I confirm this method works:
1) Factory reset
2) Plug in charger
3) Update MIUI version by version up to 14.0.3
No Redmi/Poco phone was harmed during this process. No more dead boot. I can turn phone off and back on now.
I have poco m3 bought 2nd hand now in 2024 surprisingly this is good phone and upgraded to android 12 miui 14, no deadboot issue can also run a games like codm, bloodstrike smoothly, and the camera is great front and back
I bought my poco m3 128gb international model in 2021. It was a great smartphone, fast, great photos and great battery, and great update support. The problem of this model is the hardware issue that when you turn off or restart your phone will stuck in a dead boot. In my case the issue started in 2023, and started when a glitch from the UI forced me to turn off the phone. I tried a lot of fixes, but in the end i giveaway my phone to a friend ( saying to him the problem of the dead boot).
I used to have this phone. My expectation is too high by looking at the spec offered by this phone when I decided to buy it. Now, I am using low end Samsung Phone (A05). It works casually to meet its low price. In some occassion it can act like midrange phone, which is a surprise from Samsung. What a dynamic performance :) hmmm...hmmmm...
Meh not too bad, my other phone is broken and I remember having this in my ᵇᵃˢᵉᵐᵉⁿᵗ so I thought I can use it while saving my money to fix that other phone. And bout some Deadboot or whatever problems, idk mate I think it's because you use your phone in yeaaa that way. I also use Custom ROM and oh boi so smooth. Heat is still there, don't know why da fever didn't want to go. But ey, now I can play CoD:M and some ᵗʰᶦⁿᵍʸ
NosTGames, 27 Apr 2024It won't deadboot if i change it to custom rom like Android 10 or something right?Hardware issue .. pass
The phone is waterproof when I accidentally drop it on water container then I get it out of there and it's working
This bluetooth signal so bad for earphone bluetooth, not recommended for listening music
