In just a few days Xiaomi is expected to officially unveil the Mi 6, and alongside that model we might even see the Mi Max 2 presented. The next-gen huge phablet from the Chinese company was spotted in a benchmark database recently, and today a Weibo user claims to have outed the first ever images depicting it.
Unfortunately there's no shot of the front, as you can see. Also do note that the handset is inside a transparent case in these pictures. Still, we get a very good idea about its design.
What's more, the source of these images has also reiterated the fact that the Mi Max 2 is to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 chipset, and not the 660 as thought a few months back. The device will have a 6.4-inch 1080p touchscreen, 4G LTE support, a 3.5mm headset jack, a USB Type-C port, an IR blaster, and an all metal build.
From the aforementioned benchmark run we also know that the Mi Max 2 will employ 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a 12 MP main camera, and a 5 MP selfie unit.
How about a mi max plus or mi max note 7.0inch. Make black or grey color with black front panel please..and front fingerprint button. Beat the expensive low spec mediapad and galaxy tab..
Nice! Xiaomi always provides good hardware specs! Now if they could only provide a more stock-looking UI......
