This phone is software garbage, just like Xiaomi, overall they install good hardware because they have huge amounts, but the software is NOTHING / 0, after updating Hyper OS in the phone, it consumes abnormally the battery for the same mode of operation and use even when the phone is in sleep mode, I turn off the settings so that applications do not start automatically, but after restarting again they turn on again abnormally 🤔. The option in the battery settings to turn off charging at 80% does not work at all with any cable or charger, but that's why the phone heats up very quickly to 40 °C when charging, there have been two software updates and nothing has changed. This is written by someone who has had several Xiaomi phone models in the last 8 years and I'm sure I will never buy Xiaomi again.

Used since 2023. It not really for gaming because you need to take casing off. Good performance and battery life with fast charging

I bought this phone 3 months ago and I decided to keep it with Taiwan ROM with no update and kept the MIUI 14.0.8.0
I find it good AND SMOOTH
Slightly heavy
It can manage many tasks easily
It last for 9 hours with normal activity which is good with the 120 Whatt that charge it to 100 in less than 45 min.
There is big issue with android auto and not working properly and I want to update only to solve this problem but afraid that problemnot be solved and worry that many said with update battery drainage occured.
HAVE ANY ONE SOLVED THE PROBLEM WITH ANDROID AUTO IN THE CAR ?
AND WHICH UPDATE WAS GOOD AND THERE IS NO BATTERY DRAINAGE WITH ?

I have used this phone for 1 week, bought used and the first few days battery was really bad, but after a couple of days i have been using the phone normally for a full day and end the day with 30-40%. Where the battery suffers alot is with gaming. 30min session in diablo immortal sucked almost 20% of battery, running on highest graphics + 60fps, i saw all the people talking about battery but with normal usage i get more than enough usage, plus 120watt charging would get your phone up incredibly fast

I bought that phone and I have been using it for a couple of months now, it's a brilliant phone with an amazing rear facing camera, however my problem is with the software.
My phone has lots of bugs and updating to the latest software didn't help at all.
The phone launcher crashes and I can't get to the home screen.
The Facebook messenger is a mess, whenever I receive a call it doesn't popup while ringing and vibrating and the only way to hangup or take the call is by going to the app and touch the green bar on top that shows up when I get a call.
Screen rotation using apps like YouTube freezes sometimes and stay in landscape mode.
The camera app crashes often too.
Restarting the phone doesn't fix anything and the factory reset failed as well.
What should I do?

Please, can anyone check on their phone whether Smart Charging up to 80% works when set in the Battery settings? It doesn't work for me with the original charger and cable or any other.

Most fun for me is my private phone Samsung S 24 Ultra is still stocked on Android 14 🤣

The eu version has already been relea... moreI got it but only when I switched the location to GB then back to my country did the upgrade start, about 6gb, the impression was that the hills were shaking, a mouse was born just wondering how long the battery will last now. I haven't done a factory reset after the upgrade yet. All in all no benefit no big progress.

I turned on the "Smart Charge" battery in the battery settings and after 10 charging the device does not turn off charging to 80%, which is the purpose of this option to protect the battery. I charge with the original Xiaomi 120W charger and cable, which is the problem.
