Anonymous, 10 Sep 2023Yes.. I too went for xiomi..3 models. All battery issues. That is true. I am experiencing rhat right now....And not only battery issues bur mobile data signals as well....Xiaomi and Redmi phone cannot pick up signals from mobile towers...They suck....It is useless to have mobile phones and no signals at all when in the field or travelling.

Vivo y35 is really a bad phone. Because it is not comfortable to use.. It says it has 8 gb ram+8 gb virtual ram.. but the apps close quickly... 🥲🤐

At this price, you can get A34 which is miles... moreThe a34 was released at £399 compared to the vivo that came out at £279, the Samsung a23 5g would be it's closest competitor at £299 but it only has 64gb/4gb, however it is 5g and the camera has ois (however owning both I find the camera to be better on the vivo, even if they do both use the same unit).
Battery and screen are also better on the vivo and the speakers louder too.

Anonymous, 07 May 2023which is better, Y35 or Oppo A77s? in terms of normal functional use and photos & videosI haven't had the oppo, but the vivo has a higher res screen and personally I think one of the best lcd's I've seen in recent years (especially if you put it on vivid/bright with the slider slightly towards cool) plus the phone hasn't put a foot wrong in the 4 month I've owned it.
Personally I think the camera is very good and I have taken some very pleasing photos , however night photography isn't the best.
Again I can't comment on the performance of the oppo , but what I can tell you is I find the vivo (8gb ram version) quite snappy and that the gpu (adreno 610) on the vivo is clocked at 1114Mhz (according to a device info app) which I think helps it not struggle as much as I was expecting in games for this chipset.
Battery wise I'm getting over 8hr SOT .
Of course everything is subjective and this is only my personal experience with the phone, but I hope this helps.
