The list of Google Play Supported Devices has two new additions – one vivo and one iQOO phone, both of which are “lite” additions to existing lineups. Unfortunately, details are pretty scarce.
The first device is the vivo X80 Lite 5G. There are two model numbers attached to the name – V2202, which is the same model number as the vivo V25, and V2208. The vivo V25 (V2202) will reportedly be powered by the Dimensity 900, while the vivo X80 Lite rumors with the V2208 model name attached talked about a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.
As for the iQOO Z6x, we only have model numbers – PD2164U/V2164KA. It will join the three existing models: Z6, Z6 44W and Z6 Pro.
We’ve see August 17 mentioned as the announcement date for the vivo V25 Pro, but these models could have separate launches as we’re not expecting much fanfare.
Stay away from any lite model, you better have the previous generation flagship for the same price
i bet the x80 lite would just have snap 695. it would be a huge downgrade from snap 8 gen 1
