In Need Of Help, 17 Jun 2024Hello and greetings to the wise community of GSMArena, specifically within the peoples of Vivo... moremine appeared exactly after an update which i failed to recall for which app. single, annoying, green vertical line... i even saw it lined up from the middle line... the original spare part is quite expensive so I have been holding out on the screen replacement as I am still hopeful that a solution would miraculously come out that actually works in my case...

Hello and greetings to the wise community of GSMArena, specifically within the peoples of Vivo X70. So, recently, I encountered with the Green Line issue on my Vivo X70. Have not had any software updates before that, it just happen all of a sudden. There is only 1 green line appearing on the screen. The phone has not been dropped or whatsoever. And from reading through all the comments, it seems like the green line issue is quite a common issue for this device. Anyone has ever resolve this issue? If so, what and how are the troubleshooting methods? Is this issue related to software? Or is it a hardware issue?

I bought the phone since it was released, when I updated to android 13, suddenly there are green and pink lines, It's disappointing because the phone was expensive then the screen was also expensive i ask the store the screen is 7,000 and I noticed that when you start the video the color is changing.

Update it for android 14 and battery drain fast also after 2years screen have green and pink lines replaceit with vivo and after just 6months same thing green lines showup again

It's the worst phone I'd ever have. The price is expensive for this low-quality phone. Though the specs are promising it is not designed to last long. After 2 years, sudden RGB lines appeared on the screen and it took me 7k+ just to get them fixed at the service center (well, they said that I soaked it in the water but I swear I didn't). And after that, the battery bloated. Even 100% charged, this shitty phone suddenly restart and the battery percentage drained into 1%. Don't buy this phone, it's very expensive with very substandard parts.

Bought it since launch, really good phone, although the price is quite expensive for what it is, the build quality is very nice, camera is also pretty good, especially when using the Zeiss mode, color on picture taken will look true to live, the video stabilization is superb, battery has held up pretty good on mine, till now I mange to get 1.5 to 2 days of battery life, chipset performance is pretty good for a midranger, speaker is mono but not bad either, screen also good, never encounter any issues with it yet, also, Vivo is very good at providing security patch updates to their phone, you will get them every month.

Lousy. Less than 2 years I see 3 green lines already. I don't even use it frequently since it is a spare phone. My advice, don't waste money on this phone. Not cheap also. (Roll eyes)

After a year ,,a green line was appear ...haishhh..im a fans of VIVO . But with this issues seem a lot people complaining on this green line ...

Mine also green line suddenly appear. Sent to service center and fixed. Should be software problem?? Because all the setting changed to default after back from service center.
After 15 mins of video recording it gets overheated and caused the recording sluggish.
