vivo launched the X300 and X300 Pro in October, and now according to a new rumor out of China, it's busy working on the X300s. This model will allegedly arrive in the first quarter of 2026, so sometime between January and March.
It will pack a 7,000 mAh battery, which would be a significant leap compared to the X300's 6,040 mAh cell. The X300s should employ the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ SoC, which, if history repeats itself, should be a very small iterative upgrade to the 9500 - if you think of it as a higher-bin 9500, you're probably not wrong.

The bigger battery will definitely help the X300s stand out compared to the X300. Other specs haven't been leaked yet, but do keep in mind that it should be a small upgrade compared to the already available model, so don't expect a lot of new things. We'll let you know when we find out more about it.
