The jello on the front and rear camera videos is very uncomfortable to use at night, looks weird.

Got OriginOS 5 based on Android 15 a week ago (beta). Feels great, animations are smooth, battery life is alright.
My only complaints are third party apps sometimes stutter and there's a little bug with the home screen blur.
Hopefully they addresses the issue.
Literally, the best phone I've ever owned.

Problematic with Starhub Singapore's 5G networks. The connection would suddenly freeze and no data can be exchanged, had to enter and exit airplane often mode to fix. Problem does not exist on 4G. It also does not appear to do this on Singtel's 5G network (I'm using both a Malaysian Celcom-DiGi SIM and a Singaporean Giga by Starhub eSIM. My Malaysian Telco roams on Singtel).
If anyone from Starhub reading this, please fix your network!

TechnoSavvy, 28 Sep 2024Android 15 is more smooth and battery feels improved, will update more with the experience I've never seen any Android upgrade actually contributing to battery life, it's just the refreshing feeling right after an upgrade though it will soon fade away :)

Yes, it is definitely good device
but funtouch OS is like unmatured OS, wet screen not working
after software updates, image quality decreased.
but yes for PHOTOGRAPHY, I would say number 1 device.
Currently using s24ultra, I miss shutter speed/image quality/portrait options in vivo x100pro.
But yes video is far better in s24ultra.

I have used many phones in my life, about six flagships this year alone. I have bought the X100 Pro a few days ago - it is the best phone I have ever used so far.
The display is an absolute masterpiece - High PWM, grand viewing angles and almost no colour shift (no rainbow banding or any pink tin issues), awesome brightness and no ghosting.
The battery life lasts me through a day of heavy use, charges in a matter of minutes.
The audio is quite well using the speakers, but it's absolutely superb in the BT department (I use Sony Linkbuds S for office, and my M50x for "serious" music listening.
And the cameras..... the cameras are epic - no shutter lag ever, high dynamic range, no exposure issues, very elegant and easy to understand filter choices.
Looking for a flagship - This is the way!
