Unable to connect this phone on a Windows PC via USB. I tried to install USB drivers from Vivo website but unfortunately this isn't working. Device is not recognized by windows 10.

Same thing goes for my A73 too after 1 year and 3 months. Don't get me wrong though, just want to let you know that not every Samsung models have issues/problems because both of mine works just fine.
