I have it since jan 2021.. still works well using as second phone...no hangs... but the camera quality is not that great to be superior than 2023 phones.. get somrthing else
If u get for 5k as second hand then ok

... moreI used Vivo V20 from December 2021 until now....
Still have a great picture compare to other same phone price... because of the "ai" beautify makes the outcome of the picture better... and I love since all the female viewer love their picture seems prettier even though its fake... and the bokeh effect also great like a DSLR(only in day time not at night)... and lots of AI setting i still not explore yet... Low light also great both in picture and video recording indoor.
CONS, there is no stabilizer.. need gimbals or steady hands..
and also though since my 4 years drop it frequently and I already change screen protector 4 time, there screen still alive.. if its second hands... might reconsider since its already 3 years but if it is cheap... why not..

In 2019 I bought Vivo iQoo neo, I used less than two years, then after upgraded the software, stopped working background refreshing, I couldn't receive messages Whatsapp, messenger etc., unless I open the app, then I bought Vivo v20, now is less than 2 years and I had the same issue, I contacted vivo support but useless.
