One of the more serviceable phone. Easy to replace battery and screen.
Last update is on Android 10 2021 Patch.
Still works decently for a spare phone.
Back cover is easily removed with a proper prying tool. Screen is cheap to replaced if cracked as well. Overall a nice decent spare phone to have. :)

It's a pretty good phone i've been using it for a few years and it's still runs like a beast it can run codm pretty smooth even though i have like multiple apps open in the background it can run 60 fps on most games if you just put them on lowest graphics i only complain is no gpu but most games cpu it bother me that much but the battery is a little bit small so i have to always plug it in if i want to play because it drains the battery so fast that's the only complain i have oh i forgot just take care of it it's a very fragile phone if you're wondering why you're frames dropping it's maybe because you didn't take care of it

Very bad experience of using vivo v11 I. Double sound problem. Complaining again and again. Dealer change the other set. Now facing problem of Wi-Fi not detective. Very bad

Wrong vivo v11i does not use 1080p it's use 2160p resolution.Even if it 4k the screen still look like 1080p since it's use normal lcd not AMOLED screen

Im also having the sam... moreDon't expect it to perform the same as it was before, 4 years is quite an extended life for your battery, you need it replaced, mine reached a decent 3.5 years before I went to the vivo service centre for a battery replacement, this phone will turn 5 years this November and I'm now planning to upgrade to a new phone to avoid OS incompatibilities, it's still running on Oreo, no UI or OS update to prevent issues.

Been using this phone for 4 years, the frame drop is so nuts and it doesn't get new android security patch (2021), battery life is still decent, but not that decent anymore maybe like 5-6hours lite gaming

Hello Vivo V11i users. Im also using V11i about 4years this coming Nov. Im also having the same issues of your battery problem and I hate it! I go to the technician to chek wats hapening to my phone coz it look like ***** then the tech said phone battery is still good he just fixing my battery slightly and no need to change, he also said that maybe I drain much my phone. Now im still observing my phone coz this is the 1st day that my phone is already fix :) im hoping that it will be fine. And NOT END TO ALWAYS RESTART WHILE IM USING!!
