Played Black Desert, Sky: Children of Light.etc in the d... morei am also wonderinh why they didnt updated as i bought for my dad in feb 2020 and now battery dead replaced and it feels like new but why we didnt got os updates dont know it was real good phone it feelslike they provided this 2 year advance phone that time it is real good this is the quality phone in market which brands now not providing now a days

The device is good, with a good chip. Played Black Desert, Sky: Children of Light.etc in the device. BUT, VIVO NEVER UPDATED ANDROID VERSION, as it came with Android 9 in 2019 November, still runs on it.
Go for any Samsung or other brands instead. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANY VIVO PHONES, as they don't care about updates.

its a good phone if you are buying for normal using like internet searching, watching youtube ...best thing its battery , battery is op but after 1 year using it comes down the battery life..
