Anyway both phones are good enough, i pref realme for the 4500mAh battery with 65W charge, and Amoled Screen

If you don't use or prefer 5g depending on your geography then better go for realme 7pro. Thus it has amoled display and same sleek compact design and size.

Realme 7pro has advantage like larger battery, 65watt fast charging speed, dual stereo speaker, dedicated micro sd card slot, sony imx 682 sensor, much cleaner realme ui whereas vivo s7e lacks this features.

So choice is yours
