It's February, 2025. I'm still running with my Armor 9 that I bought in June 2021.
The only actual problem I ever had with it is that the accelerometer and the compass weren't properly calibrated when I got it. I emailed ulefone directly, and they sent me instructions on how to perform the calibrations. Everything's been fine since then. Sometimes the bluetooth gets weird and won't connect to my car for some reason, but four years out, even if it's annoying, I'm not complaining.
I will say that the "64MP" camera isn't as good as they make it out to be. Picture quality is pretty meh. I'd rather have a lower MP number on the box and better quality pictures. Maybe the new ones are better. This is 2020 technology, after all, I guess.
This thing's beat. I've dropped it on concrete. It's fallen off ladders and gotten knocked off tables. It came off my bike at about 25mph once. It's been wet - dropped it in a pond. Almost didn't get it back. Thing's never missed a beat.

I had hardware problems with my Ulefone, it went to the service once when it was under warranty. The problem was fixed and then in one year I had the same problem. I do not recommend this brand.

I have this model of phone and is working fine for approximately 3 year now, thermal camera was use very often, the endoscope camera connector it oxided in time because the phone was not used only in clean places. Over all I m very happy with this phone and I wish for everibody to have the same experience

So how is, June 29 2020 - October 06 2023 = 5 years of usage, could you explain because math ain't mathing!!!!

Worst mobile-phone-deal ever. Chinesium of the worst kind, which looses its' loudspeaker funktion and screws making it unusable and practically a scam.

My comment is for ulefone 14. What app can I use that will work for an endoscope as I haven't found one that works ??

I got this for the FLIR to help electrical inspections and troubleshooting.
That feature works very well.
Unfortunately, that is about all that does it's job.
The GPS is worthless. Being in the Puget Sound, there are at any moment a dozen satellites overhead, and even after locking onto six or seven, the GPS still can't get a fix. I ride enduro on throughout the PNW. If you give it 30 minutes to finally lock on in the city, and make sure you don't change the screen, you might have location tracking to find your way back, maybe 2 out of 10 times.
Verizon is my carrier. Once you leave a cell area it will lose the signal, even when it registers five bars. You have to power cycle to get your coverage back.
It is on Android 10, and unless your a well versed techie, it will never upgrade, so all the hackers that know the exploits on that version will easily be able to access your phone.
Trying to register you purchase at the Ulefone site you quickly realize they won't let you sign up with a USA address. Until you have an account with them you can't get customer service or post to their owners forum.
I really wanted to use this phone both for the FLIR, and it seems like a nice rugged phone.
I purchased it on Amazon, and tried to get customer service through them.
After wasting an hour talking to Amazon, then waiting while they tried to contact Ulefone, Amazon decided to exchange my phone to get some resolution.
The replacement came locked. When I called Amazon they told me the seller demanded I pay for a new phone. I requested Amazon connect me with the seller, and the seller refused.
After a month Amazon got the phone unlocked.
I tried using the replacement, but all the issues were identical to the first one.
By that time the return window was closed, and I am now stuck with a $600 P.O.S.
While the FLIR does work, I could have spent $150 on a stand alone unit and would have had more features.
This phone does not work well in America, possibly because the company doesn't care about their American customers.
Also, this was the first and last of it's model line.
Save yourself the frustration, find something else.

DO NOT BUY A ULEFONE PRODUCT. I have their Armor 9 and right out of the box it didn't work properly. I didn't know this till more things started going wrong. I did a factory reset and then all this stuff popped up and started working so I thought ok good. Now it's happening again, no notifications and the camera won't focus to take a picture. This phone is a POS and no one should buy from them. I contacted them and they accused me of dropping it on the ground or in the water. This shouldn't matter as this phone apparently is HD and was built to take a hit and a plunge. Clearly not if they are accusing me of that. And they are putting the warranty on the company I bought it from which has completely disconnected from Ulefone because, again, obviously their phone is junk.

Very bulky and heavy phone.
Bulky for nothing.
Position of flash light very wrong (technicians will find it difficult to use bcos it's hard to place while working at night).
Flashlight can't work once battery is 15% or less and there's no option in the settings to change it.
Too slow.
I set the PTT button for flashlight (press down) but sometimes it doesn't work and sometimes it delay.
Battery capacity was hyped. Under normal usage, It takes less than 5 minutes to completely flat the battery from 4% to off.
Finger print sensor fairly sensitive. Also too many failed attempt when handling it even in pocket.

Camera lenses covers are made of thin glass and do break be warned mine did . I found no repair shops for the phone in the uk. After spending lot of money for a high spec phone feel let down by poor engineering on the covers and contacted ulefone and was quoted £16 for 1 replacement glass from china and getting repair is not an option for me.

My one Have issue with the How connection.
Takes 15 Min to connect.
And also have issue with the speaker it makes cracking , irritating noises. And it is just 1 month old.

I have one in BC Canada and according to its frequency specs it should work well but here it is awful! Drops most calls, cannot call on 3g at all and unless the 4g signal is full bars you cannot call. Bought through bangood and they won't help. Total waste of money in my area. Wish there were some fix for this. I have tried every setting for frequency/ mode etc. All ore other cell phones work well here this one doesn't.

I've found of the GPS stops working, power off the phone (not just a restart) for a couple of minutes then it seems to start working.
