The vivo Y100 5G will have a 5,000 mAh battery, 7.49 mm profile, 6.78" screen

vivo will announce the Y100 5G in China on October 27 and it's a different device than the Y100 that premiered in India.

Now, thanks to an official teaser on vivo's Weibo account, the distinction becomes a bit clearer. The Y100 5G will be 7.49 mm thin and carry a 5,000 mAh battery. There's also Schott screen protection. Upfront, the Y100 5G will have vivo's signature-size 6.78-inch OLED display.

The vivo Y100 5G will have a glass with a textured finish, inspired by oriental aesthetics. The green and blue models will have a different finish on the back. Both glass panels curve towards the thin frame.
