Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4 get twice the shipments of their predecessors
Samsung has enjoyed considerable success with its Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 in the 36 countries in Europe, where they are available.
In fact, the pair have doubled the shipments of the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Galaxy Z Fold3 in Europe, according to Chief Marketing Officer of Samsung Europe, Benjamin Braun.
He goes on to say that Samsung is selling four Galaxy Z Fold4's to six Galaxy Z Flip4's. That means that the Flip is still more popular with buyers, but also that the Fold is gaining on it - it used to be three to seven.
It's only natural that the Galaxy Z Flip4 is the more popular phone - it costs nearly €1,000 less than the Galaxy Z Fold4.
Samsung gave a bigger battery, faster charging, and a better camera to the Galaxy Z Flip4, and gave the Galaxy Z Fold4 a new main and tele camera, while also tweaking the design and screens.

that means only the hinge design is not enough to sell a phone. while samsung is selling it well, huwaei and xiaomi is nowhere to be seen.
