Tecno Pova 3 launches in India on June 20

Last week Tecno started its teaser campaign for the upcoming launch of the Pova 3 smartphone in India, revealing that the handset would be sold through Amazon. And today it's given us a date to mark in our calendars for the momentous occasion: June 20.

The Pova 3 was initially announced back in May in the Philippines, and so we know all there is to know about it, spec-wise. The only piece of the puzzle of its launch in India that's still a mystery is the price. We're only three days away from the official reveal, though. And if you consider the specs on offer, it stands to reason that it would be on the affordable side.

The Tecno Pova 3 has a huge 6.9" 1080x2460 90 Hz LCD touchscreen, the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset running things, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage, a 50 MP main rear camera, an 8 MP selfie shooter, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a gigantic 7,000 mAh battery with support for 25W charging and 10W reverse charging. It runs Android 11 and comes in Tech Silver, Electric Blue, and Eco Black.
