Why are so many people quick to dunk on this phone. It's not an S series or an iPhone. Come on now . . . I got this phone brand new for $50 unlocked from Amazon. It get's the job done and then a little more. Yes, it could be faster and the battery could last longer, but you could also buy a $350 to $500 phone. The camera (main) is decent, GPS works, sound is good, removable battery, expandable memory slot, and a headphone jack. If
Not everybody is made of money and if you drop it, you more than likely won't curse that much.

No, I never said that. No idea where you're drawing that conclusion from.

X-D
It's minuscule, but it does matter some on the lower end- not nearly as capable a battery.
If you wanted screen real-estate, you're not going to go with a cheapie like this. Be. Honest.
ikhiiofl.stan, 11 Feb 2024Are you sure it has usb c? Keep in mind, though... C doesn't specify a data rate like USB 2.0/3.0 does. C is a connector, possibly the fast-charge support (PD).
uselessphones, 19 Apr 2024baaah, usb 2.0. why are these manufacturers hating technology ?@p8J : It's cost. 3.0 costs more to implement.
uselessphones, 19 Apr 2024baaah, usb 2.0. why are these manufacturers hating technology ?It's because it's a budget device. Corners have to be cut sonehow, and that's one of the ways.
ikhiiofl.stan, 11 Feb 2024Are you sure it has usb c? 100% sure (sent from my tcl ion x)

DenisB, 12 May 2023The only 2023 phone with a removable battey. There are also a bunch of overpriced Nokia C-series phones with removable batteries.
The only 2023 phone with a removable battey.
As a prepaid phone for $40 this isn't too bad
Given the asking price I often it at around just £50
It's good
Sad it's not unlocked or available in the UK

Are you saying because the display is smaller they can't fit in as large a battery? That's wrong. Like I said it's a really thick phone. Volume-wise, it's bigger than some phones with 5000 mAh batteries.
Are you saying because the display is only 6 inches they only need it to be 720p? That's wrong. It's only got a 268 ppi pixel density. That's horrendous. The Poco M3 had a launch price of $129 in 2020 and that had a ppi of 395. Something tells me technology should improve in 2 years not worsen.
Be more specific and try to use your common sense.
Finally a removable battery
