I've had extremely bad experiences with these phones. First one stopped charging after about 3 weeks. Second one after about 1 month. The third warrenty exchange one and the fourth one all did the same thing. After four phones, I quit. Then of course had to give the last defective phone back and still pay close to $200 to op out of the monthly payments. I also paid $20 each, for each of the warrenty replacement phones and the $45 a month.
Each time I had to replace the phones, I had to spend hours on the phone retelling the story to several different people until someone actually helped me. I will never get another phone from
T-Mobile, ever again.

It is one of the worst phones I ever had. Before this i had a cheap Samsung A22 which turned out to be much better phone. Theoretically it has impressive characteristic. I just don't know how they managed to make such a bad phone with this hardware specification
The camera is ridiculously bad, the battery barely manages the day, the screen is a disaster (use protective glass), the app response is terrible, the Android options are difficult to find.

why should it take 7 hours to recharge from 17% to 95 % 2 new chargers 2 new cords 20 w c wall charge all new from t mobile store.
