Also why do you care? Unless you use phone in military or protest against Chinese government then I understand.

Is the glass thicker ... moreThe XZ2/3 design has extra structure inside the outer casing, you can see this in the teardowns on YT. They're 20-40g heavier than similar Sony phones (XZ2P versus XZP, XZ2 versus XZ1, XZ2C versus XZ1C) If you're a Sony fan the closest analogy are the A1000/A3000 walkmans from 2005 that had a similar teardrop profile.
The XZP with 4K display weighed like 195g and then the XZ2P has extra weight from the design.

Prashant, 31 Jul 2022This phone overheats if Wi-Fi hotspot is enabled during wireless charging. do not use wireless charging and hotspot at the same time they will heat up you battery and damages it over time if you are on hotspot remove it from the wireless charger because it will generate sooooo much heat
