This was my first personal phone around 2016. It sure is nostalgic to have this piece of tech back in the days when screens weren't fully covered in the front.
For performance, it was decent for music and YouTube without any freezes. Games weren't that performance-heavy, but it can play Honkai Impact 3rd at the lowest settings around 15–25FPS. Storage is really small, so an SD-Card is really a must for this phone. The camera's not the best for this phone compared to today.
Overall, we did come a long way for phones to be at a reasonable price with improved performances.

I also used this phone for last 4 years & as many said dropped so many times but nothing happened to phone..apart from few minor issues, phone performed really well...

Anonymous, 30 Apr 2019dropped 100 time but stil working never broken yeah, mine to. dropped like thousand times, drowned in the water (only died for like 2 days then on itself again), use it when rain, not to mention i wash this phone by pouring water.

I have an Experia E4 Dual which is 2 years old. The screen just can't show anything. If I connect the phone to the PC I can see all the contents of the phone. What causes the screen to just go blank without warning? For DIY what is needed to fix this? Please help.

I've been using this phone almost 3 years and bought this phone in August 2015. I never had any issues, battery condition still good, smooth and it's good for casual user beside latest apps update consume much ram, not good for multitasking and still 3G. Therefore, this year i will upgrade it.

Overall it's a very good smartphone for the price, one problem though, cheaper chinese handsets get updated pretty regularly and the xperia e4 still running Android kitkat, i guess sony should pay more attention on updating its budget hansets.
