Perhaps it's no surprise that the device is running on the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, but the listing also confirms that Sony is preparing a 16GB RAM variant. It will match the iQOO 11 Pro and the OnePlus 11 among a number of other recently launched phones with 16GB of RAM.

Back to the benchmark listing itself, the Xperia 5 V shows similar performance to other Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered handsets we've tested, even if it's early in its development stage. We also get to see the phone's model number, which is XQ-DQ72 and will help us identify it in future leaks.
