Samsung Android Rumors

Samsung's One UI 8.5 is expected to debut on the Galaxy S26 series early next year, and its full changelog leaked a few days ago. Today, a deep dive into the One UI 8.5 code has revealed renders depicting the upcoming Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra.

These are referenced by their codenames, which are M1, M2, and M3, respectively. The images inside the One UI 8.5 code basically confirm all of the design leaks we've seen so far.

Samsung will use one oval island housing three cameras on all devices, positioned at the top left. The S26 Ultra goes this way too, even though it has four cameras on the rear. Interestingly, a previous rumor claiming all three devices would have the same curvature radius also seems to have been confirmed.

The Galaxy S26 and S26+ recently got compared to their predecessors, and they're expected to use Samsung's Exynos 2600 SoC in some markets and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in others. The Galaxy S26 Ultra may also get both chips, but that's less clear.
