Samsung Galaxy S24 phones might come with an added shortcut for Instagram Camera on the lock screen. The feature was revealed by Alessandro Paluzzi, a user on the social media X, where they revealed a screenshot.
Currently, only system apps (with minor exceptions) are allowed on the lock screen – music, weather, alarms, routines. The social media widget might be part of One UI 6.1, once it arrives alongside the Galaxy S24 series.
A pop-up is expected to appear once you open Instagram for the first time. You'll then need to give access to the Instagram camera, and there is a middle button with “More options...”.

Just don't use it? Easiest way to spot indian phone users is how obsessed they are with bloatware, when almost any American phone can handle additional features.
