ionutbogdan, 31 Jan 2025Asus Zenfone 10asus is dishonest liar, they got taken to court for lying about zenfone bootloader and forced to refund.
zenfone is heavy thick brick anyway, its nothing like s10e.
I have it since 30 august 2023 and I love it except the 60hz ,I'll upgrade to s23 or any of this size that has 120hz

I agree. I have an old Galaxy Grand Prime (1GB RAM, 8GB storage, 32GB micro SD, and Android 5.1.1) that is way out of date but the form factor is almost identical to the S10e--that's why I've been keeping my Prime 'til now. I do not want anything taller (it fits in my buttoned shirt pocket, without any screen or case protector).
I am now forced to find something newer and the S10e with at least 6GB RAM (some have 8GB) seems to be a better choice, even with Android 9.0. However, the battery life is a problem if it needs constant recharging, so what else it there in this form factor?

Hello guys, really S10e is the most compact phone ever
But I'm asking which one could be as alternative in term of compact and new because we are in 2025 and S10 released in 2029🤔
Please my s10e rear camera is blurry when zoomed or passes 1.0
Pls any solution for this
I have one, and I see quite some people having it too. It's the only phone with the Pixel 4 that is smaller than 145mm, has Amoled display (important when wearing polarizing sun glasses), has USB C and audio jack. AND has a superb camera !
I have replaced the battery to give it a new life, but I don't know with what phone I'm going to replace this when its final day will arrive
It's a superb choice if you want a small and compact phone. I had my first s series samsung phone!
Battery is really really bad even when new.
Even phones with the best battery life like Sony Xperia 10 V and Xiaomi 14 are nothing special regarding battery life.
But S10e, this one you have to charge whenever you have the chance, for sure the first thing you come home. And 10.000 mAh power bank is almost a must.
And this is with 90-100% battery health, this phone is useless once it reaches 85%.
Xiaomi is supposedly making a mid-range 6.36" phone. And you have a Motorola Edge 50 Neo for 300€. Or a used S23, I got it for 325€ on ebay.de, but otherwise you should get it for 400€.
Test, 27 Dec 2024This is the best small factor phone on the android market. Have the google fold (original) and... moreThis seems to be the case. No new phones in small factor. Although I saw one. Called "vivo x200 pro mini". The only bad thing is it's a chinese phone. I don't want to hand my data to Xi. So we're essentially left with this, right guys? Because, S23 is too expensive and I'm a student.

Unless, try to update it to Android 12 anyway. My old phone has Android 9 and it already doesn't support half the apps correctly. Not saying this in a bad way, I wish apps for Android 9 were still supported, but unfortunately my bank app for example is not anymore.
right, 04 Jan 2025s10e have better camera then my s23Wait, really? How? I'm looking to get Galaxy S10e (yes in 2025), even if this phone is over 5 years old and stuck on Android 12. It's cheap, compact, and no doubt it probably has good cameras too (not great, but good enough for me). The only thing I worry about is the battery. I could also consider another cheap, compact phone called Motorola Edge 30 Neo. However, the camera on this phone is very bad from what I have seen on the reviews and also the processor is average. However it has 120 hz, while Samsung Galaxy S10e doesn't. But, I admit I would probably still leave the setting at 60 hz to increase the battery life. I don't know... should I buy Samsung Galaxy S10e or any other compact (maybe rugged) phone? Please give me a recommendation as I need a compact phone to carry easily to work - not phablets of the current and yesteryears. I have small hands and I'm not as muscular as those guys in trade jobs.

So true.
We need a revival of the 10e.
-refreshed hardware/software
I will give away my s23 for that.
currently on a14 custom rom, a15 is coming up next year. Its exynos but theres nothing like this phone out there
2025 S10e would be a dream. They could probably squeeze 6.0" in same form factor. And at least 3500 mAh battery.
8GB must be very rare.
I am currently using the s10e
128gb 8gb
Best mobile phone ever.
It is compact
Sleek and soothing to touch
Very Vibrant screen colours
Sharp camera
Luxurious and comfortable.
I so love the device.
I still think battery life can be improved though. Good work to samsung
I wholeheartedly agree with previous poster. I already bought S23, but still want to buy a new S10e.
Now I have one from those eBay China sellers for 163€. It has a good 90% battery and good frame and back condition, but screen is scratched to hell and I don't like even one micro scratch on my screen. And it is a live demo unit, which means only Android 9. But still very good for backup phone.
What's funny, they are making Flips and Slims in 2025, but they already made a perfect size and weight in 2019. People are so stupid.
Slim phones will be what, 1 mm slimmer, but 6.6-6.7" in size, what's the point of that?
But when you hold a S10e in your hand, it's like you were born with it. I already had iPhone 8 and iPhone 13 mini, but these are already too small and have too small screens.
Then I also had ASUS Zenfone 8. It was a good size, but it needed a cover, so it was already one size bigger than S10e.
You can have S10e easily without a cover, it's not slippery at all. One of the rare phones I dare to carry without a cover.
