My dad's old phone but he uses it, he bought it in 2012 days after my brother's birth May 6, At that Time my dad's Nokia n8(his last Nokia phone) is still strong and it block out and later he bought it. Days after March 20 (When I was born) his phone (Galaxy Note II), went block out.He had not use Samsung in after the Note II broke (2012-2016) Due to memory. And he bought a Asus Rog. Later 3 years he gave his phone to Grandma Carmelita, He bought Samsung Galaxy A50 in 2019, 4 years later due to memory storage the A50 block out. And now his phone remain as Samsung Galaxy A23 5G. His phone still today.

I'm using this phone as my daily driver for nearly a year, I'd say with with Android 11 and some light weight apps, this phone still thrive! It solved my phone addiction lol as i can't game on it.

The Wi-Fi icon displays On the mobile; but there is no connection.
Any technical link for advice?

Little update: Viber actually still works, even on android 4.3!

I bought this phone a month ago for like 30€ and installed an updated version of google play store app 'cause every time I opened the old one it showed "server error". So now with newer chrome browser I can open every page with little to no issue such as facebook, youtube and even instagram lol. Sadly the phone can't run some necessary apps like viber or whatsapp cause its stuck on android 4.4.2. I did try custom roms (android 7 cyanogenmod and lineageOS) but you lose many nice programs and features (s pen still worked lol)

AceG, 01 May 2022Yea they don't support that phone for calling or data anymorei love the phone but it is restricted from buying data bundle. ..i can't even install whatsApp
