Samsung Galaxy Note7 to be Unpacked on August 2

The next in the line of Galaxy Notes, be it Note7 or Note6, will be announced on August 2, a leaked poster for an upcoming Unpacked event reveals. The date bodes well with previous intel, courtesy of @evleaks, which came out on June 2 and indicated a two-month ETA.

The Notes have been coming sooner each year. Going back three generations, the Note 3 was announced on September 25, 2013, the Note 4 showed up on September 3 next year, and the Note5 arrived even earlier, on August 13 last year. So if we are to extrapolate, August 2 makes perfect sense for the Note7.

The other interesting point is that the poster explicitly states that it an edge model we're expecting on August 2. There's an ongoing speculation whether there'll be a sole dual-edged Note7, already confirmed, or there will be a both a curved and a flat version. Well, a month and a half and we'll know for a fact.
